Espros Photonics' epc901 line imager shows the company's combined BSI CCD-CMOS process capabilities. The BSI CCD array has 1024x1 pixel combined with 4-stage frame storage:

High sensitivity from UV to NIR due to 100% fill factor with ESPROS Photonic CMOS technology
Pixel size 7.5 x 120μm
CDS
Single-ended or differential analog output
Single supply voltage range 2.5 – 3.3V
32 Pin space saving CSP package, chip size 8.0 x 1.3 x 0.23 mm
Standard version with 5 µV/e- conversion gain
High sensitivity version with 10 µV/e- conversion gain
Low power version with many power saving functions for battery and other low power applications (in development)
