Chipworks' Report from IISW 2013

Chipworks image sensor analyst Ray Fontaine publishes a report from IISW 2013 talking mostly about small pixel innovations by Aptina and Samsung. Also, Chipworks' own paper on pixel reverse engineering is available on line now, talking about the advances in large and small pixel design:
