Omnivision CameraCubeChip Features in Eye Tracking Device

PRNewswire: OmniVision's global shutter CameraCubeChip will be integrated into SMI eye tracking platform. Using OmniVision's 3 um OmniPixel3-GS global shutter pixel, the OVM6211 features high sensitivity in NIR, minimizing the required power budget of the NIR light source. The OVM6211 captures full resolution 400x400 pixel video at 120 fps. CameraCubeChip technology enables the OVM6211's extremely compact form factor of 3.23 x 3.23 x 3.92 mm for space constrained devices.
